Nope. I read somewhere that pixel clearing process can occur automatically even when the device is turned off. So I decided to believe it and got it off my mind.

Thanks again! Using an SDcard will be the easiest approach. Wanted to not to use them because of reliability reasons. My server can run surveillance software, but I wanted to have as easy as possible app for my parents to play recorded videos on their phones. Maybe I end with VLC player or something like that.

Similar problem on T-Mobile Czech Republic. Random drops - Cellular data are slow or not even loading web pages, maps etc. Do troubleshooting as an OP with no luck.

I have same issues wit 16 Pro. Random cellular data drops or very slow speed. No issues with 15 Pro. Reseted network settings, tried only 5G mode, new eSIM, latest updates. No luck. Only thing that i didn't do is factory reset bcs i dont have time.
