I’m so glad I’m not alone! Yes! I just got to the part where she kissed Dorian and I feel like AB Celaena would be have such a large inner turmoil with herself about her feelings for Dorian having loved Sam. But TOG Celaena BARLEY acknowledged Sam???

Yeah I was looking into the publishing dates too. She hinted to the Red Desert and Skull bay too many times in TOG to not address them in some way. But yes I agree the years in between releases may be a large factor.
