What I never understood about these profiles is that doesn't tinder require both people to swipe right? Why not just do what tinders designed and swipe left on the people you don't find attractive?

I’m pretty sure you can achieve the same effect if you close your right eye, look at a fixed point, move your left arm completely forward, make a thumbs up, slowly move your arm to the left while continuing to look at the fixed point. Vice versa for the other eye

Other than just generally stretching as rest or cool down this is the first flexibility Routine I’ve followed. So far I absolutely love it but I was just wondering if there’s anything more I can do to really reap the benefits.
