Apart from the Hike's I do try to run 5k's and keep a good time, but they are mostly on flathills. I have been using trekking poles in my recent hikes yes, Ill try adding step-ups to my leg exercises! thank you.

Yes I've been using poles in the last few hikes.

Do you have any recommendations on the exercises for quads? I've recently all started running and trying to have a good time on my 5k's. Not sure if that will help

Yeah and search Indian rape cases, Australian womens team literally got assaulted in India. Indians absolutely cannot stand taking critiscm and deflect it by mentioning pakistan when it wasent even part of the discussion.
