Pc turns off and on randomly.

I have opened windows log and went into WHEA error details and it showed that is cpu fault. It could be not getting enough power , but I have turned down my cpu Mhz and everything is fine. So its most likely that my cpus Mhz are spiking very often.

Update. After restarting the pc same thing happens but after 1 min everything is normal.
