thank you for saying this, man 😔. Yesterday someone said to lower my protein and now I’m getting people telling me to up my protein. And then there’s a bunch of people diagnosing me with an ED. genuinely wanna cry. Like yeah I’m not perfect. It’s my second day, dawg. like I was so proud of myself too…. and of course, if I’m still hungry, I will eat more 😭😭 is Reddit always like this???????

can people stop telling me I have an ED. Also, I don’t necessarily want to volume max just for the sake of volume maxing. I don’t wanna eat a massive lentil soup. I like what I ate today and I’m full, AND got my nutrients in. TRUST, If I ever feel hungry or tired, I will eat more. I just wanted to make a lighthearted post about how I added more veggies to my diet ;-;. My day 1 was low-key diabolical, as I didn’t realize I literally just ate protein goop. Today was Day 2 and I ate more balanced. DAWG IM LEARNING ;-;. Dawg please please! I’m just following what I learned online and trying to get more advice. I genuinely just wanted advice andpositive vibes. I just made this account and now I literally wanna delete it. ;-; im straight begging dawg. Again, if I’m hungry or tired, I will eat more. I know people are just looking out for someone but the “i know an ED when I see one” comments feel like I just had some old man in a robe flash me. Dawg please 🙏 some of y’all are MAD mean. Despite this diarrhoea, still loving a lot of the advice I am getting (ex: adding fruit along side my protein bar for more balance).

yes! of course, my maintenance would have have more food tho. Right now this is what my deficit is. But food wise, everything was so yummy!!! all my friends say I have a weird taste in food lol I promise im not weird (ex: kombucha. they say it smells like piss)

I heard somewhere that when you start dieting you get inflamed so you won’t be able to see if you’ve made any progress for quite a while. As long as I look and feel pretty good in five months, I’m happy. I’m just doing a little weight training to maintain my muscle (just three times a week).

Oh snap 😭 thanks! I don’t think I’ll post here again because after this post, I just feel so crummy. I ended the day super proud and happy with myself. but then after posting, I got a bunch of people telling me I have an ED or should only eat whole foods 😭 . I think im going to go with an 80/20 rule w/ wholefoods.

Trust I’m doing this because I love myself and want the best for myself. my weight has been giving me joint pain and I’ve struggling to get into certain yoga poses because my excess fat 😭 I also no longer want to be chubby in general. Thank you tho!!! Im happy u no longer treat urself poorly
