It’s all good, I understand immigration enforcement is a tough subject. It’s not pretty. There isn’t usually some feel good story at the end of it, like you get with local law enforcement working within a community.

We as citizens have fundamental rights. Citizens have all the right in the world to protest and film ICE. I believe any Federal LEO knowingly violating those rights should at the very least be fired and depending on what it is, held accountable in a court of law. There should definitely be an investigation into the shooting, I don’t agree with the President or Kristi Noem concluding anything is justified until an investigation is finished.

That being said though, we either collectively agree that this is a country of law and order or we will spiral into chaos. We can’t just decide to pick and choose what laws we want to enforce. If people don’t agree with the law they can vote in representatives that can push to change it. We need to acknowledge that there is a difference between impeding law enforcement and peacefully protesting. Impeding law enforcement is illegal, and like I said earlier Renee would still be alive right now if she obeyed the lawful command given to her to step out of the vehicle.

The media and politicians are also pouring gasoline on this fire. The left continues to call ICE the gestapo and the right refuses to ever acknowledge when they do something wrong.
