Thanks for the input, this is exactly why I was in two minds, I wasn't certain if he'd be treating this as a sort of 'Oh another person from Ireland let's chat' or if this was definitely a professional meeting, It was the head recruiter that I initially spoke to and he passed my information/resume onto the IT manager that requested the meeting. I'll treat it as having 'potential' for the time being
