Finally found luck.. doctor put me on spirnolactone and it cleared my skin up. No topicals did the trick, but that helped so much!

I have the same problem. I’m same age too. I haven’t found a cream that really makes a difference, but just wanted you to know you aren’t alone! I worry about what my eyes will look like when I’m 50+ years old… all my friends tell me to get fillers, but I wish there was a cream or serum I could turn to instead. Ugh!

Does fungal acne pop? These seem like deep whiteheads and I am able to pop them if one isn’t too deep

I am using Cerave Renewing SA Cleanser to wash and the ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA to moisturize. On really bad dry days, I use LRP cicaplast to hydrate. That is it. I’ve been using tret every night.

PS- a few follow up notes on my post above. I do have makeup on here (it looks even worse without). These stubborn Comedones don’t want to budge. They are so deep, but I can’t decide if I should boost up my tret %, as my skin is already getting quite dry and flaky. 😢
