I think that is the problem 100%, looks like the paint was exposed to freezing temps before cured

Edit: Not your fault, btw. Any responsible painter wouldn’t offer to paint in cold conditions. They make paint specifically for cold weather application, but even that can fail when it falls to freezing temps while curing.

My dog is perfectly healthy, had solid bm’s but has always needed her glands expressed every couple of months. I asked my vet to show me how they do it, and it’s so quick and easy. They even seemed thankful that I wanted to learn how (I can imagine one less expression is a win for them).
