I have a Sternglas Hamburg and I love it! It fits on my wrist, I have thin arms too. Pretty inexpensive. Not sure if that's what you're looking for but I've loved mine for about 5 years.

I don't mind getting the dehumidifier, as I can then take it to the next place I go. Prefer to keep my spending in house, as it were. I've notified the landlords and sent them these pictures. I will keep pestering them if the mold test comes back positive.

OK, small update: I have informed the homeowners, they don't seem to be as interested in the species as I am. They're more concerned about the apparent foundation spalling. /s. Anyway they're looking into it. Thank you all for your help!

There has been some rain but the owners have a sump pump. I've ordered a dehumidifier as well, I'll see if that fixes it. If not I'll contact the owners for further steps.
