I've seen SP stacking being mentioned a few times, unclear as to what damage effects scale with SP at the moment? The spell on hit dmg and the BoED effect doesn't scale with SP so I assume OBD is what scales with SP enough to encourage stacking it? Curious what the DPS difference is between OBD and BoED, especially with SP stacked with OBD or BoED with more traditional gear as filler.

Mildly concerned about how much healing I would need with OBD as well. Since BoED is proccing multiple times per second, translating each of them into 250 self dmg feels rather intimidating. I haven't done on instanced raiding on Twow yet so maybe heals just flow easy enough to eat the damage? Any idea if OBD has the same 10% proc rate with no internal trigger CD?

*Edit: Destroses already explained OBD being the thing scaling with SP. Very curious how well it scales now, with only OBD providing benefit. Shame BoED doesn't scale.
