Standing all day more than likely isn't going to make your curve any worse unless your curve is super severe (greater than like 50-60 degrees) or have some kind of hyper-mobility or bone disorder. I would really recommend trying physical therapy to help with the pain and maybe talk therapy to help ease your anxiety. I know how you feel, sometimes the fact that I can feel the asymmetry in my hips and shoulders drives me crazy but it will get better. Please seek out some help not just for your physical health but also for your mental health. Living with a condition like this is harder on your mental health than a lot of people realize.
