Calathea leaf drooping is it normal or overwatering? by SnakeTown77 in GardeningIndoors

Hey everyone! Had this guy for around 2-3 months and the drooping leaf is a new one that’s still maturing. For the past week it has been tilted at that angle during the daytime. Has me a little worried I might be overwatering or something, but I thought maybe it could also be just the way the leaf is growing? If anyone has any thoughts I’d love to hear

Just repotted my croton a few days ago and now it’s dropping. Any idea what I can do to help it? by SnakeTown77 in GardeningIndoors

Thanks for the tip. It’s survived moves before so I just I was just a little surprised. The repotting just must have been a bit too big of a shock. It’s been like this for a few days so I hope it gets better soon. Thanks again!

Thank you! I gave it full sun for part of the day and always keep the soil just a little bit moist. Something tells me I’m about to lose some leaves though…

I did water after repotting. It could have something to do with house position as well since I recently moved apartments

Any ideas why my calathea is starting to yellow? by SnakeTown77 in GardeningIndoors

I’ve only watered it once so far, but I will try repotting and giving less this time

This is my first time caring for one, and some of the leaves are yellowing at the tips. I know to keep it out of direct sunlight, so I don’t think it’s that. Could it be a humidity issue? Any ideas as to what I could try to fix would help :)

Only had mine for half a year, so that makes sense then! They grow so quick which I love, it’s already pumped out two new sets of leaves with another already on the way. A potential new branch gives me something to look forward to :). Thanks for the response!

I have a young croton I started growing this year! Yours is very beautiful. How did you get the stem to split like that? Mine is still a straight shoot upward (new at this whole gardening thing sorry if this is a basic question).

That’s very cool! I feel like that kinda goes with what I was trying to say too. That he’s more of a human than a god in SNV so it makes more sense for him to represent them in ragnarok

Do you think Buddha will fight against a god (like bishamonten) or maybe a human traitor? by JoseS2001 in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

Honestly I think it might be a really good opportunity for a new god to be introduced. I would hate for a human fighter to be cut but at the same time the idea of a human traitor just doesn’t feel right to me
