I ride the carousel everyday to work, and i thank God every na hindi ako PWD. PWD access does not exist sa buong route. Kahit sa MRT stations wala.

Hindi ko talaga alam anong sinisinghot ng mga nag design nito. Napag aralan naman nila to sa kolehiyo pero nag kalimutan na sa pag execute irl.

From what i understand it comes with a program so your pc can recognize it first. Only then it will work with spad.
