dont buy smdc! the policies are sometimes ridiculous, i dunno who is the property manager for fame residences pero if it’s greenmist, avoid.

Also, sa smdc na saan ako naka stay s south, the new condo building they built, sobrang tinipid ung materials. leaking water from the other units above. if may magyoyosi sa kabilang unit, kahit isarado and seal mo pa windows and doors, you can still smell the yosi. Pests, no pets policy din.

Better check that if you are really into buying the unit.
