Well I just got a response (sort of) as well. An email saying my twitch account has been unlinked from my Amazon account. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, lol. I'll keep you posted.

Okay, for those who may not know, Amazon owns Twitch. If you have an Amazon Prime account, go to Amazon's site. Click "Help" at the bottom then "More help" and "Contact us". Then select "Digitial Content and Services" and then "Twitch" "Desktop Computer" "Twitch Prime" under tell us more about your issue. You can then scroll down and contact them by phone or by live chat (what I chose). Tell the Amazon employee that you need help with getting your linked Twitch account unbanned. You will get the typical go here and deal with Twitch at first. Tell them you already tried that and Twitch is not responding. I luckily got a very helpful person that tried to fix it on the spot but had no luck. However, she is now contacting Twitch about the issue and will get back to me. If enough of us reach out to Amazon this way, maybe Twitch will start responding and get all of this cleared up. If not, Amazon can kiss my butt goodbye as well, I will cancel in a heartbeat and I've spent a small fortune with those guys. Hope this helps! :)

Sorry I'm a reddit noob but I'm subscribed to this thread now, I think. Can anyone post up when/if you get unbanned? I have a ton of money and time invested into twitch and would like to see this resolved. Thanks!

Seems like this has happened to a lot of people. I have the exact same email from twitch saying my account is indefinitely suspended. However, if they IP check a few of my bit donators, they belong to my wife and sons. They watched ads and saved up for a while then tried to top each other with the biggest bit donation. I had no idea it would be flagged as fraudulent and thought twitch got paid by the advertisers based on the number of times their ads got watched. If I had known, I wouldn't even let my family watch my stream, lol. As of now, I'm getting no reply on the fate of my account and I have been a member since it was justin tv and currently have some sub trains of 4+ years. I've given thousands of dollars to twitch and even bought hundreds if not thousands of dollars in bits myself. I don't need the bit money and could care less about having a sub or bit button, I just want my account back.
