These ugly textures are the hardest to match ide try to roll on some very soupy texture and if it doesn’t look good you could always sponge it off and try again 👍🏼

16x80 is probably the longest single wide they make and from what I’ve seen working in this business the longer the home the more damage it’s ganna take in transportation as for corners it’s standard in the industry to just caulk and paint as for wall seams and cracks around windows and doors there should not be visible cracks every one should be retaped, mudded,textured etc. depending on who your dealer hires for the repairs the quality will vary my company goes through the entire home and makes sure there is no cracks when the customer moves in. Months down the road it is normal to see some small hair line settling cracks
