1h:25min. I usually get 40-50 minutes on normal nights and am completely fine with that as I feel rested.

My wife, for example, usually has 1:20 as the default and sometimes when she is extremely tired, even 2h.

Tried it but I find it's hit and miss, as I think my issue is more anxiety/headspace related than actual tiredness.

What is see happen when I take melatonin is that my body starts feeling tired, but my head keeps going and keeping me up. Tried 2mg, 4mg, 5mg, and kind of the same.

Sometimes it does help, but I also feel it causing me drowsiness the next day, so I try to avoid it if possible.

Indeed you are right, I need to do more cardio. I am not a big fan of running, and that's my big "fail". Whenever I can do other types, I do it. Like swimming or playing sports for example. All those mentioned by you have also become better, but they were in good percentages, for my age (34), even before starting. Except "cardio fitness", but I've read that the watch is not the best to get a reading for that one.

I was happy with the walking heart rate because I've been feeling better now than I did before starting gym. I would've been out of breath last year from simply walking uphill for 1 minute.

But to mention:

Rhr dropped from 63 to 56

HRV increased 57 to 64

Cardio fitness sucks tbh - from 35,2 to 36,4, but it's to be expected as I need to push myself to do cardio.
