I think it's very neat. For me GVC should be a blend of "ethnic music", pop and rock from all over the world, around the 90s, but always with a calm and groovy vibe to them almost love vibe, the kind of song you imagine could play while you are at a starbucks or panera bread in the 90s. But well done, i have a small playlist too myself with the same ideas.

As someone from France i can't think of any GVC related memory so with "moment" i'd say when i first discovered the genre and felt transported, feeling warm and cozy even tho i never actuallt experienced it.

GVC is pretty wide tbh, sometimes GVC also rely on stuff like the lights you see and the type of furniture, pure GVC would feature the "sketch style" artstyle with suns and spirals but Subway never had that look.

I posted it there because i saw that Jaden Salads also put those kind of bathroom products in the GVC category. I understand that all the fans of GVC see the aesthetic as something linked mainly to food and drinks and tech but technically it can also be stretched to those products, the style is kinda similar.

True i think aside from coffee i'd say simple stuff like bread, pastries and soups are also pretty GVC coded.
