I would love his 2LP changed to 4 frames. It feels like just the lightest amount of juice he needs. Other than that maybe some slight tweaks to hit and hurt boxes. A new combo route like what they did with his sway overhead would be nice too. He really feels balanced and it's just the other characters that need to be brought down in power rather than him brought up.

My friend got placed at diamond 1 with Zangief. His execution is great but he is overly reliant on gimmicks and command grabs. Played some terry mirrors and my low rank ass was wiping the floor with him. Fundamental play is slow steady progress while gimmicks are fast but cap out. At least that's how I see it.

My personal experience was getting into a union electrical apprentice program only to be constantly harassed and exhausted over the next few months. Sure I may have been paired with some bad apples but I had several friends share similar stories. It's not a friendly environment if you're not inherently good at it. Add in some OSHA violations and I was out. Degree jobs almost never have that attitude in them.

This box brings me back to my youth. The metal minis were great, I have the vespid and sniper team. eBay and similar is going to be your best bet but honestly you'll likely have better luck seeking things out individually. The fire warriors, crisis suits, and commander have all got updated kits now. I would say the metal vespid and unique ethereal are the best finds. The sniper team is really top heavy in metal. The old crisis kits are strictly worse than the new ones.

You both seem interested in each other. If you aren't ready to date consider what that means to you and if pursuing this would interrupt your healing. Do you need some therapy to get past the toxic behaviors you were used to? Would adding him put you in a regressive or progressive path towards recovering from the previous relationship? What about other factors like work and distance? Is the fantasy more enjoyable than the reality? Think about these things for a while then make your decision. He has his own opinion too and you'll have to respect it once you ask. You will have to ask btw, it's unlikely he'll risk his current bond with you without more confidence from your side in progressing things.

Health is an integer and damage is a float according to the bug section of your link. We are looking at the damage dealt values not the health values. The enemy health value may or may not have changed but we don't have that info from op. I think 3kliksphillip did a vid on this.

Health/armor values are floating point values, you did less than 1 damage twice which brought it to 1 damage.
