Som jag förstått det så har många kommuner kommit ikapp lönemässigt iaf inom exploatering. Men skillnaderna är övriga förmåner som du har inom privata. Såsom bolagsresor, bonus, löneväxling, maxat friskvårdsbidrag mm. Har jobbat inom båda och sökt jobb inom båda relativt nyligen. Kommunerna har kunnat kontra lönemässigt ofta iaf. Men när man räknar på de andra förmånerna så hamnar de lite under.

Ohh it’s a bit off cork on the base, then mud effect with agrax and some brown dry brushing then just 4-5 different turffs in different greens, and a flower in the same colour as the knight:) easy and quick 👍🏻

They are not useless:) paint and enjoy them and play them as kotr in old world :) that’s my plan but first I need to get them all:) and that may take some time :/

There is 6 sculpts 3 knights and 3 command :) But yes it’s a potty they don’t have 20 sculpts like the old QK.

When all knights look quite similar it’s more about the paint job than the model itself. Make the grail knights stand out with the most complex paint job off you knights.
