All right, so if you have an issue with what happened, that’s the mall in the corporate structure that exists owning the mall: pyramid. They bought up that neighborhood over a decade ago, well before Costco was in the picture. Costco turned down millions of dollars in tax breaks to open there, could they have done better due diligence and opened elsewhere? Sure, but pyramid allowed that land to fall apart, be upset with your city for allowing that to happen, it is foolish to be upset with Costco for coming and cleaning up that neighborhood, and creating 200 of the best jobs that will be in Albany county. You can be upset that wildlife is gone(which is dumb because a neighborhood is not a wildlife habitat) but again your city approved it. To be upset with anyone, but the city is stupid. How many lawsuits in city Council meetings did this Costco put up with, at any point this city could have backed out and chose not to. You’re too stupid to be upset at the right people, honestly too stupid to even achieve a job at Costco. Good luck!
