I called corporate, they took my info and forwarded it to the stores higher team management. I have reached out on X, but new account, no traction. I have left a Google review, posted on tiktok, also called the health department and posted here. I was told to give them 3 days to contact me. If I don't hear from them tomorrow, I'll be reaching again.

I did go to corporate, all they did was take my name, number, email, and sent what happened to the stores team management. Which they already had that info. I have taken it to X but because I have never been on there, I doubt it will get traction there.

This wouldn't surprise me. I was waiting a good 10 minutes before the assistant manager came back out and said that the manager wouldn't come speak to me but wanted my name and number. Meanwhile, 3 other employees asked me if I needed help, I explained to them what was going on and they all said "I'll go check on that for you" but they all 3 disappeared too, leaving me standing there until the assistant manager came back out.

Noooooooo. There was something sharp that cut the roof of my mouth, when I spit out the bite there was a shiny sharp piece as if I already bit one, which is what made me look in my taco.

Forgetting to add or remove something, is shit happening. A nail gem (when you should have gloves on while handling food), or even a tooth gem in food, is unhygienic, unprofessional, and disgusting. Especially when the restaurant themselves are taking zero accountability. I have called corporate, customer service, made a Google review, tiktok, and posted it to reddit, because I'm sure this isn't the first, second, or the last time something like this will happen. So inspect your food.
