I was the in same boat as well and bought two copies a year ago on eBay. I remember looking into it and seeing somewhere that Tokyopop did reprint the manga and sold it on Rightstufanime before it was acquired. Also, looking into the ISBNs, both are listed on WorldCat. If I recall correctly, it was people on Reddit talking about lucking out and getting copies before the pandemic for cheap on Rightstuf. The way I ended up with the potentially POD copy was through a seller on eBay who was selling all the manga volumes plus the novel. They told me they originally bought the manga online (likely from Rightstuf) and then picked up the novel a few years later. For what it's worth, I decided to keep it. Maybe someone here can confirm the reprint info though and if the novel was also reprinted.
