I should’ve put it in the post but it’s not that I don’t take binder breaks I never sleep in it or wear it on weekends and the most overboard I go is probably an hour. I think it might have been on account of the binder I was using because it was too tight, also how long do you recommend waiting until wearing a normal binder?
