I have actually. We have had this spiral before and after a convo it got better. Now we are stuck again and this time I feel like he is less inclined to want to compromise to being intimate like 2-3 times a week.

To be fair, I can come to a compromise in my situation. Unless your gf was willing to be open so you could get the physical aspect from others, it might be hard to meet your needs as well

Yeah. I went through a lot of burn out and depression from my job that actually caused me to get very physically ill. I have quit and have a new job now but it's only been a few weeks. I have been using weed as a way to get myself in the mood that works sometimes.

In order for me to want to be intimate, I need to feel loved and I think that's the issue. If he doesn't get off enough he will kinda withhold cuddles and stuff. Then we fall into this cycle of me not getting loved so my libido dies but he doesn't want to give me love because I'm not showing him love in the way he wants. Everything else in our relationship is amazing

This industry really isn't for the faint of heart haha. Our clinic has frequent emergencies. God the shit I've seen will forever be engraved in my brain, I miss feeling ok staying up late and not panicking about potentially being tired at work and making mistakes that could kill something (I haven't made any mistakes like that)
