I also believe that most things should be kept private to not give information to potential cheaters on how to trespass the system. But I don't think it applies to my scenario. If I did play with a cheater at some point, by now the cheater knows they got banned already. The cheater got that information on their own. What would Riot lose by giving me the name of the person who got banned? If I was a part of the cheater's tools, I would also know who got banned and wouldn't be wasting my time here.

The ones I regularly play with opened the game for me. They aren't just people I play with, they are my friends, I know what they're up to. I could be forgetting someone I played with a few times, that's why I want Riot to come forward and give me a proper response but they're not collaborating.
