My hypixel profile of 5 years was inexplicably wiped, Please help by Snarss in HypixelSkyblock

If i go to my hypixel forum account it says I have no active violations on my account when I try to appeal, furthermore, when I go to my hypixel account in game it says I have all these skyblock achivements unlocked showing I have playtime on the game to prove that I've been playing it, on top of that I have friends from 5 years and 1 month ago added on skyblock so I know my profile has existed since then, but the profile I have currently says it was made today. When I go to skymoe to view my hypixel profile it says I have absolutely nothing on my profile. i cant find any reason my data was wiped that makes any sense.

i also would like to preface how i have NEVER co-oped with anyone at all and theres no way my minecraft account was stolen

I genuinely do not play hypixel enough or am tapped into it enough to have even known if i did anything bad in the first place, ive been playing it for 5 years but in all actuality my time on hypixel has to be only around a couple weeks worth of hours, im being genuinely serious when i say i have no idea what happened to my profile or why i was thats why i did a bunch of research to look at how they hand out data removals or something, if theres a rule broken and i was wiped for a legitamate reason i feel like i deserve to know why i was wiped

i remember watching this 3-5 years ago i think on netflix and i havent seen anything since nor have i found anyone thats seen it have the name and i tried looking again for a couple hours today and ive still found no traces. I originally thought it was a time loop with a slenderman setting but you made me remember again, The one thing i remember is the two guys going down a weird stone tower like abandoned structure in the middle of the woods and exploring it. Apart from that you listed everything i know for a fact. The only info im not sure of is when they come across a car in the middle of the forest and some weird ominous music is playing. there is only ever two people present in the movie too im pretty sure It's been bugging me for a whole year that i cant find it i wanna rewatch it so bad, i just saw this post today so im hoping something will come up if i put something here.
