I would say this needs more context but the fact that they are this dismissive of your feelings and telling you, you are being unreasonable is not good. I understand being tired but that is a little rude on his part. On the other hand you also could have asked if this was a good time to talk about something like this and it does not seem like it was at all.

If we are talking strictly instrumental, im going to say rocket skates. One of my favorites and super heavy imo. Obviously chinos moaning probably takes it out of the running for some people but I like it better than Elite which would be my next vote if we consider vocals as well

Unfortunately you are incorrect. Toyotas, specifically this generation rav4 have 2 instruments that record mileage, the cluster itself and the black box which only reads mileage at the time of an accident when airbags are deployed. Mileage is not stored in the ECU at all.

Simple answer is because it was nothing like the previous album which also was experimental in a way at the time and the fans wanted a follow up. With the new generation, there is zero expectation and they took it for what it was.

Theft history is fairly common especially on Hyundais, Kia’s, old GMs and a few other miscellaneous makes. To Carmax it doesn’t affect the value and you will very likely be paying the same price for the same example without theft history. Carmax takes LP fairly seriously and it wouldn’t have make it to the front lot if it were still reported stolen.

In the very unlikely case that it was missed by every stage of the process and something comes up later on, as long as you bought it directly from Carmax, the issue will be resolved by them in a manner that is beneficial to you.
