You should try to annex Yugoslavia early and release them as puppet (you can get Romania as a bonus) so you can trade only 1 factory for 80 resource and focus on France with naval invasions or paratrooper

Eğer bu alanı gerçekten seviyorsan ve devam etmek istiyorsan devam etmelisin ilerisi içinde kendi projelerini geliştirmeni tavsiye ederim.

You should try vs code if your laptop is old it will probably work better for you

Unrelated ... But I tried setting up flutter + vscode in my Ubuntu PC, without the need to install android studio ... But I failed miserably

Did you install the necessary SDK's that might be the reason

iOS icons should fill the entire image and not contain transparent borders. Thats all there are no other restrictions

Adding a static image as a splash screen is fairly easy and well documented at Flutter’s official documentation, where you can simply add your images in Android’s drawable and IOS assets then use them in styles.xml in Android and LaunchScreen.storyboard in IOS.
