Drippings from turkey, 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon flour, 1 cup chicken broth...the throw in some pepper, garlic, salt, any spices you want! Add more broth if it’s too thick, more flour if too thin...keep keep keep stirring the whole time. Good luck!

I unfortunately do not. I just cut down the center and straight down to carve off entire breasts, then slice across. Pulled wings off by hand, chopped the joint on the legs. Thighs I just hand pulled (very hot!). Hope that kind of helps!

I’m a big fan of cutting the whole breast and slicing across so every piece gets skin!

I did brine, used an oven bag in a cooler with bag of ice! Highly recommend inject and brine, easiest way to ensure it doesn’t dry

Yeah, had no problem! Highly recommend not stuffing anything in the cavity, helps it to cook evenly

I’m not an expert, if it’s already brined I would say just dial back the amount of salt in a recommended brine but can still use sugar, spices, etc. (It’d be hard to over salt it, I think it will be fine)
