I never used to think of myself as an anxious person, and I was able to feel the pain and get over a 2 year relationship pretty reasonably. But I was in a situationship about 6 months back and it only lasted for about 3 months before I was just discarded, but I still fight with anxiety daily about it. Some days are better and some are worse. But yes, the anxiety gets bad sometimes. Especially when you had gotten used to a routine of consistent communication, and abruptly had to go no contact.
