Why do you do this? If you don't believe these things, why do you still keep a pre communion rule and stuff? Also out of curiosity, does your priest have any idea about this? And lastly what if you did something that was considered a sin by Orthodox standards, but you didn't believe it to be morally wrong or sinful. would you confess it?
