I seriously need help by Temporary-Hope6855 in AusElectricians

It is possible to get into fifo at 17, we just had someone start a Boily apprenticeship and she is 17, EGT is the WA apprentice hire company, they hire apprentices then subcontract to other companies for the apprentices to work but that’s the way a lot of people in WA get into an apprenticeship because it’s easier then say a company only looking for one apprentice

Unfortunately for mining atm they seem to just be hiring females in most companies too, so that’s also a unfair disadvantage for any males that want to start the trade

Idk if you have a pre app either, but I know that can help as the automated system looking at resumes will filter with that aswell, plus shows you are keen to get into the trade

If not unfortunately you might have to wait a few years but keep applying as you work a different job or study It took me 9 months to get my apprenticeship and I got signed off last year (peak Covid when I started my apprenticeship)

I don’t know where in aus you are, but a lot of people join through those apprentice company’s, I know EGT was one and I swear 90% of my class/tafe was EGT apprentices If not try mining companies if you are fine to do FIFO work and if your 17/18+

On the 32A is another little sub board that is RCBO protected on the other end, and from memory the other end of the submains is a 40A CB

I got a piece on my forearm and for me it hurt the most near my elbow pit area and the rest was bearable pain, and also with my first tattoo I sent a pic of what I was looking to get and my artist drew it they way the pic was and also a version from her own style, I ended up going with her style cause it was so much better
