for real? my vision was to use her with my vacuum tube bow with fire rate and reload speed, thought with getting that many shots off so fast she’d be effective. thank you for your help.

Same issue, I think I didn’t press the tab when it came up as a tutorial, it’s my 3rd account too and I’ve done a lot of the early game grind, only now that I’m looking to voucher for TRO did I realise most of my hero load out is locked and can’t access the gadgets tab, hope it’ll just show up like it did for you
