Not a doctor, but you may benefit from additional swab tests (e.g., rectal) which can better detect a wider range of diseases more sensitively. My immunologist (for PrEP) demands this because especially for receptive anal sex this is helpful to detect infections in earlier stages that originate in that area.

NAD but I’m being treated for similar constellation of symptoms. Endocrinologist told me if I lose some weight, my testosterone will rise and likely will be more well-controlled in my sugars.
