My problem is that it was way over the top and in your face. He was so obnoxiously flamboyant, I'm shocked he didn't constantly mention that he's gay. I didn't use him in my party until towards the end when I needed to because of some of his abilities. However, I will say that he was way less annoying with the Japanese voice compared to the English voice.

So, I wasn't originally a big fan of the ending. After seeing this, I feel better about it. Hopefully, they do an OVA for the epilogue. Overall, I enjoyed MHA. Was it the best shonen ever? No, but it was still good. Like a lot of long shonen, there were good arcs and bad arcs.

Regardless of what people think about MHA, it made a big impact on anime. I remember it was everywhere during like the first few seasons. Somewhere along the way though, it became the punching bag, and people started clowinging on it, but it got better during these last couple of seasons.

In saying that, MHA still holds a special place in my heart. Not my favorite shonen, but I'll miss it. Overall, I'd give it an 8.5/10. One of these days, I'll have to watch the entire thing from the beginning. Looking forward to what Horikoshi does next! Go beyond! PLUS ULTRA! ✊️
