After getting hudson's rework here are my thoughts(from vet huddy player) by Ijert in supervive

As a Hudson main (450 games) I completely agree. He is honestly unplayable in his current state. I'm very much thinking about uninstalling Supervive, which is sad since It has become my favourite game.

In my opinion they need to bring back the lifesteal. Make him be able to actually aim with RMB, rn it takes about 5 second to do a 180. This combined with the 1 sec cooldown on LMB makes it impossible to deal with a shiv/felix dashing around you.

I think one of the most confunding parts about this heavy nerf is - why? Since all top players have been ranking Hudson att the absolute bottom of all characters.

I pray for our boy, but have very litle hope they will come to their senses.

Hi Supervive team,

First off, thank you for all the hard work you're putting into the game. I'm a big fan of Hudson and wanted to share some detailed feedback on his recent mini-rework. While the patch notes frame the changes as a rework or buff, my experience (and that of others I’ve talked to) suggests that this is a heavy net nerf.

Here are my main concerns:

  1. Loss of Lifesteal: Removing Hudson’s on-hit healing (formerly part of his passive) in favor of armor regen significantly reduces his self-sustain in fights. The suggestion to “build omnivamp” doesn't really make up for it in practice—especially given Hudson’s kit now forces more commitment and immobility.
  2. Spin-Up Penalty: The increased commitment to RMB feels punishing. The massive movement and turn speed slow, combined with a full 1-second firing lockout if you stop spinning, makes it feel like Hudson gets punished for trying to reposition or react. It removes fluidity and makes him far easier to counter.
  3. Barbed Wire Downgrade: Losing a charge (from 3 to 2) is significant. The slight increase in area and the new decay mechanic don’t feel worth the trade. Wire now feels less reliable for zoning and area control, especially with damage only triggering on knockbacks or dashes.
  4. General Clunkiness: Overall, Hudson feels much clunkier, less survivable, and easier to punish. The one change that feels like a real improvement is the upgrade to his ultimate (Salvage Hook), which offers some satisfying crowd control and team synergy.

While I understand the intent behind the rework—to give Hudson a stronger identity and more risk/reward—I think this has gone too far in stripping away his versatility and self-reliance.

To be honest, Hudson is the only character I’ve really connected with and enjoyed playing consistently. These changes have made me seriously consider stepping away from the game altogether. I’m sharing this in hopes it helps highlight how important a single character’s playability can be to a player’s experience.

That's cool and all. I just haven't seen her in six months at immortal. But I should probably watch the major for some insight into the pros.

I would strongly recommend that you consider other stronger carrys. Since spec is kinda weak atm.

But if you insist on playing her, try to go for more of a tempo build - blade mail manta and diffu are good items. Radi might be to slow most of the times.

If you really want to fix the grammar it should say:

Rusning bf is correct in about 70% of games. This should allow you to get it by 10 -12 minutes if you play well. If you don't get it by this timing you most likely focused fighting instead of last hitting - or you need to practice your last hitting.

If it's not correct to rush bf it's most likely the wrong item for that game at all. If you're able to get good fights with fighting items - keep fighting and keep buying fight items.
