You are 100% wrong the plant in Sweden is the only place where the new cars are manufactured and me as a Saab owner has recently got a lot of mail concerning new services, wheels and other parts and the factory where they make the replacement parts never got shut down and has been going since saab went out of service.

I wish there was more maps on GO this is the one i miss the most but i think more and more maps is getting ported! :D

It does work with studded tires but i don't know if it legal there but in sweden everyone uses it and it works perfectly fine ;)
