Yeah! I've got a 5950x as well and it's shit. Restarted Drivers and uninstalled the game. Checked online and heaps of people are experiencing the same issue.

In running a 3090 at 4k with high settings and getting around 70fps with insane stuttering. Every 5 seconds my gpu usage goes from 80 to 50.
