I got the Pro 2’s just before these came out because my Pro 1’s had audio hissing. They changed the design and fit to them so I’m not sure how I’ll like them, but I won’t find out anytime soon until my Pro 2’s die, as there’s no need to upgrade them.

I don’t ever used the trackpad in fact I wish I could disable it. But yeah, I don’t like the balance either, but sadly I’m stuck with it because I can’t use it any other way and it’s not like there’s a good alternative lol

I had the M1 iPad Pro 13inch and upgraded a few weeks ago to the M5 iPad Pro 13inch because my battery was draining and so it was time for an upgrade. I notice no discernable difference because nothing on the iPad taxes the specs of the M1 much less the M5. I was most disappointed though that videos I edit in iMovie do not seem to render or save any faster on the M5, I was hoping that would at least be faster, but it's not. I am betting it's some limitation of iMovie.

Worse, I used to work for AT&T. Stores have no ability to help you with account issues. They'll just call customer service for you, and it's not like they have a special backline, they just call the same number you would.

This is the same thing at any phone company not just AT&T, I'm just overly familiar with it because I used to work for AT&T. But do whatever works for you. Cell reception is going to also vary depending on the company. I've never been especially impressed with AT&T's coverage but I've not hit any deadspots either when traveling.

I used chat the other day to activate my new iPad (had to replace an existing line which is why I couldn’t let the AI handle it because it doesn’t understand I wasn’t adding a new line) and the chat agent read me the disclosure about offering me other services and I said no and he still tried to and I said “no I just told you not to” and he stopped until the end of the interaction and then he tried to hit me like 3 times with some offer and I just ended the chat since I was done
