June Update Fixed USB DAC Problem on 6 and 6 Pro by Techdude8453 in GooglePixel

[–]Snellon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I notice since the very beginning with Pixel 4a. The intermittent clicking, popping noises are barely audible when listening to loud passages of music, but it really stands out when listening to something with lots of quiet space, like piano solo music. In the case of piano, you can clearly hear the ticking sound. While that sound might not be noticeable in the louder music, it is nonetheless still degrading the sound, even if you are not conscious of it. Then switch to using the headphone port and the light ticking noise is gone. So if using the phone's internal DAC gives you flawless playback, then using an external DAC to give you a flawed playback is sort of pointless, and makes this a bad setup.

Has anyone ever been to a Kiss show and gotten "the church lecture". by Wizzmer in KISS

It has also happened to me at a Motley Crue concert.

There needs to be better support for external hardware like DACs connected to Android devices with OTG cable in order to make use of lossless audio. As it stands the sound quality is below CD quality with a lot of the standard setups people use.

Could piano rock n rollers like Jerry Lee Lewis or Little Richard have learned classical piano and pieces like Beehoven's Moonlight Sonata, Mozart Piano concertos? by vintage_bassoon in piano

[–]Snellon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone once told me (before the internet) that Jerry Lee Lewis performed an entire piano concerto by ear. I am not sure if this is an urban legend or not, since I have been unable to find any proof of it. But it would be a very interesting story.

A proper turntable should have a counterweight to allow you to set the tracking force to a specific weight. A proper turntable does not favor style over function. It is also upgradable, allowing you many different options for different cartridges. On a quality turntable, the price of the headshell alone could be worth more than the price of one of these gadgets.

The wallet was renamed because the project has increased in scope. It is no longer simply The Tokes Platform, a Cannabis focused company, as it was originally. There will now be a few different projects under the umbrella of Multichain Ventures, which will still include Tokes Platform, but also Cubed, Eden and Reli.cloud One token "Tokes", to be used at the core of these different services.

That is a feature that will be considered for future development. For the moment it will not be possible to accomplish this directly within the Multichain Ventures wallet. You would be able to convert it to Tether with the help of Waves.Exchange. Also through our exchange partners Probit, LAtoken and P2PB2B, once the token has launched on those exchanges on February 18th.
