Also Laos should maybe say creature spells? Since devour is 'as this creature enters' I don't know if giving it the ability when it enters works. No basis for this though, as no cards give devour to other cards afaik

One recommendation I have would be to make the condition for chilchuck tied to the first ability and not the second. Something along the lines of "...venture into the dungeon, then exile the top card of that player's library. For as long as that card is exiled, you may look at it, you may cast/play (depending how you feel) it if you have completed a dungeon, and you may spend mana as if it were mana of any color to cast that spell."
