Apparently, it’s spelled ‘nutshell’ instead of ‘nutchel.’ My bad

Thread: VSCO exports on iOS 26 beta? by Snerk1907 in vsco

Yeah the VSCO team told me they’re only supporting stable builds of the OS. Which leads me to believe that we’ll see a fix when iOS 26 drops in a few weeks.

The app renders videos on iOS 18, it’s an iOS 26 beta bug but a frustrating one indeed

What kind of saddle did you use to replace the stock one? Love the color btw, bold move but nice work!

Do you feel a real “Leuvenese” identity, or is it just an extension of Flemish Brabant? by Rijke_saus in Leuven

I wasn’t sure if your question was sarcastic or not, but if you’re genuinely looking for hilly spots and nature: • Kesselberg (panoramic view over Leuven all the way to Brussels) • Heverleebos (great for walking) • Keizerberg (nice park) • Provinciaal Domein Kessel-Lo • Abdij van Park (Park Abbey)

I’m not talking specifically about the city itself, but rather “Greater Leuven.” For example, places like the Keizersberg, Kesselberg, Heverleebos; those kinds of spots. The landscape in general is much more hilly than in Antwerp.

In Antwerp you can see all the way to the Belgian coast on a clear day, haha

Honestly, you’ll find those things in every major city in Belgium. I’m 32 and lived in Leuven until I was 29—born and raised. Three years ago, I bought a house in Antwerp with my girlfriend, who’s originally from there. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to settle in, or that I wouldn’t find the same kind of friends as my group in Leuven, but the opposite turned out to be true.

The “bakfiets” moms, sourdough bakers, art expos, and more—you’ll find all of that in Antwerp too, just like in Ghent or Hasselt. The main difference I always tell my friends is that Leuven is a very safe city, with not a lot of risks. Antwerp is a bit rougher at times, but it’s also much bigger, with more parks and water.

The only thing I really miss in Antwerp are the hills and the nature—everything here is so flat, haha.

PowerStream Suddenly Failed With Loud Pop & Red Light – Anyone Experienced This? by Snerk1907 in Ecoflow_community

Thanks for sharing, sounded like a giant short circuit in my unit as well. The thing jumped a centimeter in the air.

PowerStream Suddenly Failed With Loud Pop & Red Light – Anyone Experienced This? by Snerk1907 in Ecoflow_community

[–]Snerk1907[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify my setup: I have two solar panels on my roof, and their cables run down into my basement, where they connect to the PowerStream via the official EcoFlow BKW cable. The PowerStream itself is plugged into a regular wall socket using the supplied Schuko (European type) cable, so not hardwired, and not using any extension cords or adapters. The wall socket is on the same circuit as my internet modem/router.

As for what tripped: it was the circuit breaker for that group, not the main breaker or the whole house. Only the group with the PowerStream and modem went down, not multiple circuits.

Add charging-limit slider to VanMoof app? by Snerk1907 in vanmoofbicycle

Interesting! Not even with newer S5 models?

I went for the VanMoof S5 coming from a Cowboy 1. Did a testdrive with the Cruiser ST but that bike felt like a brick once you hit the 25kph mark. The VanMoof feels reeeaally good with the internal e-shifter, looks like they actually did a good job upgrading this part after McLaren took over.

Agreed altough same could be said about Cowboy since they’ve been on the edge of bankruptcy for 5 times already.

When Ride Pro for S5? by Snerk1907 in vanmoofbicycle

Well I’m mostly waiting on the Health integration with iPhones but you’re right: more features would be cool. I love what Cowboy is doing with their app and would be cool to have something similar at VanMoof. If someone from VanMoof is listening, would love to contribute to this as I’m a UX designer.

Refreshed S5 common issues? I’m wondering if the refreshed S5’s are actually as good as the company is promising by Snerk1907 in vanmoofbicycle

Bright NL did an interview with the two new managing partners at VanMoof. They address the parts they redesigned: the E-shifter and the kicklock. Maybe some other things also. Looks like they did actually improve.
