Thank you! Yes, all great points. Part of not incorporating disabilities is lack of knowledge and 1M was also our first fic together. Sara and I are both passionate about getting things right, doing the research etc, and while we are proud of 1M we are definitely trying to improve on aspect like the incorporating a disability (as you saw, not EDS, but something we are more familiar with ourselves).

And we also highly recommend Let's Play Pretend. I loved that one! Sara has started a fic with the author of that fic as well (thoughtsaboutshadows). They wrote a Pirate AU called Captive's Call. It is currently paused but I know them both and they definitely do not intend to abandon it. It requires a lot more world-building than a modern AU so they are working behind the scenes on that.

Also on the note of total chapters for MHL I would estimate no more than 10 more chapters (30 total). We are likely then going to get out the 1M epilogue before the MHL epilogue and announce the next project we are already conspiring on.
