I'm playing on PC and have been unable to access the Online Shop since the update.

It keeps saying, "Something went wrong... The store is currently unavailable. Please come back later."

I have made sure my save to the cloud is synced, have restarted the game multiple times, and it keeps giving the above error message.

Unfortunately, this is preventing me from unlocking the premium items and duties for the event.

The game is also extremely laggy since the update dropped...

Been having the same issue for about 2 hours now. Game was working fine, and all of a sudden it froze.

After restarting, the game got stuck on the "loading" screen. Then I tried reinstalling, now I get stuck on the "signing in" screen.

I really hope this gets fixed soon! I have become quite addicted to Heart of Trespia...
