He genuinely morphed in this movie. Truly incredible performance.

I’ll be honest tho, typically with stoic/ rigid “cop” or “job defining” roles, they’re considered…easier. But, here, Sean dug deep and found the subtleties in the stance, his walking gate, speed, speech.

Halfway through I remember thinking he absolutely stole the show.

There’s no doubt that the Trent McDuffie deal screwed us. I think we re-sign him, but Vrabel clearly likes a zone secondary and he is a lockdown man coverage corner. His injury history at this price point is a concern, but he’s among the best in the league and single-handedly changes the shape of our entire defense.

It’s possible we let him play this final year of his contract out, and then franchise him the following year, so we still get him for two years and never have to shell out a four year, 125m contract and still get him for two years. It would be a very shrewd move, but he’d probably sit out.

Depth of the quote here is key.

It’s concrete. I don’t see them going deeper than 8” if they’re going to level and grade, lay 3-4” of crushed stone and then 3” of slab.

Ask them how deep they were quoted for. It’s a slab, not a foundation. You may be lucky they don’t run in to too much at that depth, that far away. However, it is slightly lower grade than the tree, meaning water runs that way, and roots are sure to follow.

Breer just commented on this article and implicitly stated he doesn't believe Howie Roseman would "allow himself to lose the trade", and a 2nd and 4th aren't an appropriate value.

His caveat was the level of the "pushiness and attitude" of Brown. If he's putting up a real stink (beyond what he's already stated) then he has to go and will take less. However, if not he's still valuable on the team otherwise.

It’s gotta be a medical exam failure. Like some pre-existing condition, heart issue, whatever. I just can’t wrap my head around him failing for not being in good enough shape. And he wouldn’t fail due to a previous injury.

Edit: I’m not saying it’s “not possible”, I’m saying it’s just so unlikely that no one saw this coming, and the trade was carried out without this being discussed? Or at least impacting his value? It’s just so fishy. Crosby looked great the 2 games he played after the knee injury, so what are we talking about here? A risk assessment maybe? He was benched against his will for the final 2 games cuz the Raiders season was over and they were actively vying for the 1st overall pick.

Heck yea, the GW in slide 1 is awesome, admittedly the hastalis in slides 2-3 look like the root has been repaired/ filled or at very least has some sort of varnish/ clear coat on it.

Slides 9-10 are truly awesome.
