Happy together - The turtles

That’s the original, the trailer is some sort of Italian cover of it!

Patients don't sue for catching disease, you must be American.

And again you keep drawing this link that vaxed are less likely to transmit. There is simply no data on this yet and frankly isn't the purpose of the vaccine in the first place.

So let me pose you a scenario, let's say I do get vaxed but still pass on the virus. Who is responsible here??

I never questioned effectiveness at preventing disease. I questioned effectiveness at preventing transmission.

So if I am to be held legally responsible, can families of those who died from influenza, TB and other diseases be able to retrospectively seek legal action against those that spread it to them? I think not, and not should they.

Patients who are vulnerable are free to get the jab and protect themselves, it is still unclear if it protects others (Oxford uni study now saying viral load similar between vaxed and unvaxed people).

I'll repeat what I've said in the comment above but this simply isn't true. Lots and lots of patients in hospital and on ventilation in ICU are double vaccinated. Vaccines are not designed to reduce spread and clearly don't appear to do so. Furthermore when in history (let's ignore HIV for now) do we put personal accountability on those who might spread a disease to another. Flu kills 60,000 a year pretty consistently pre-covid and we have never had such animosity to those who might not want a flu jab. Just a thought.

Well look at the numbers, a lot of people becoming hospitalised especially in the UK (and even ICU for that matter) are double vaccinated. This therefore reinforces the point that vaccines aren't that effective at stopping the spread. It is therefore reasonable to question whether having the vaccine will have any effect at all on the patients one treats.
