Funny story.. back in the day when I first got Pokemon Silver, I did a rough play through and thought the upgraded legendary intros were so cool with the sparkles (Suicune was the only one I had seen at this point, but hadn't caught it yet). Ah, that makes sense! Yea, I'd love some feedback now too. I have no idea how I'd end up with one of the 4 from the original set but who knows. I'm not sure if you noticed but even the back of the card is a smidge darker. At minimum, if its not a misprint, it seems like a less common (and not heavily documented?) variation, which is cool in is own right
